As an example, LIG's owner, Jeffrey Lahasky, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Asset Manager for North American Land Development's (NALD's) south Louisiana properties. His main focus for them is on Orleans Tower, a 378,000+ SF office building at 1340 Poydras St. in New Orleans. When purchased in 2013, this property was only 50% occupied and the outlook looked bleak. Today, Orleans Tower is a revamped and revitalized, gorgeous office tower which has gained over 100,000 SF of occupancy since acquisition in 2013.
